The problem was actually a very simple one: the credentials that Remote Desktop was using automatically were for a different computer, and it was automatically being rejected. You checked that Remote Desktop is enabled and you have rights to connect, but I suspect that the first login is for the gateway, and the second is the terminal server they were directed to. TSUserenabled Registry Entry Changed from 1 to 0. I tested from their machine and was able to logon. so for any one the above mentioned solution did not worked, give this a try.
